This error doesn't stop spamming in my Gmod #455

This error in my evolve wont stop spamming my gmod. i had this before.

Can anyone tell me how to fix this god for saken error it even spams into my 
console, and whenever I open up my console it stops, but when I go back to 
game, i see it still spamming.

Hook 'HUDPaint' in plugin 'Player Names' failed with error:
 [ev_plugins\sh_playernames.lua:53] attempt to call method 'EV_HasPrivilege' (a nil value)

Help please...

I forgot to mention

It even does it when I remove evolve, and if I try to reinstall Garrysmod.
