Can You Add !menu And !adminmenu like in ulx does and the menu appears?

i want to say that if you could Add !menu And !adminmenu like in ulx does and 
the menu appears?

that would be really useful to the admin mod and also a good idea is to make 
a site with extra plugins for the evolve admin mod :P thanks for reading and 
hope you add this

It's much easier to bind it really.
(In case you don't know how)

In console:
bind KEY +ev_menu

Example:
bind n +ev_menu

Hold N and you're done.

because its sufull then going in console and binding. plus u can have noth 
binding
the menu and the chat command :D

Not to insult, but if you can't bind a key, do you really need to be running an 
advanced admin mod like Evolve? The menu for evolve is designed for quick, easy 
administration, without the hassle of opening a menu by saying !menu, then 
finding the 
tab/section you want, then adding stuff, etc. If you want that feel, you can 
try ULX or 
Exsto mate.
