bug fix: responsiveness of Workspaces & Collections Creation #65

Problem Addressed in this issue

Noticed some minor issues that makes work-spaces & collection creation process harder to work with.

Some of these issues are:

Attempting to create collection without workspace gives error, but no alert that there's an issue.
If either the workspace name or description is missing, similarly, there's error, but no indicator.

I'd like to fix these issues. Please assign me this issue under SSOC'24 Label. Thanks
