Related to Issue - #53 Integrating Docker for easy setup of project

Changes Made

1. Dockerfile for Frontend + Backend: Multi Stage Dockerfile that takes Arguments from a single .env file instead of manual setup of both repos
2. Docker-Compose.yaml Configuration: For running containers via Docker-Compose Directly [Additionally mongo container is also used as a dependency for server side]
3. README file Updated: Setting Up with Docker Section added to README
