migrate share from node-cryptonote-pool #126

hi i have now 2 pool one is using node-cryptonote-pool and notehr your code ..

now problem the user who are mining in old pool not moving to new .. so any way we can add the shar from old server to new pool manually

i don't see where in mysql this would be recorded. im guessing from crypto it's the chart data in redis. if you can find the data, i'll see if i can make a script for it
