ETN Integration #201

Copy/pasting from XMR-Node-Proxy thread:

XNP requires NodeJS-Pool updates for integration. If ETN miners are serious about wanting this, I'll make it easy. Raise 100k ETN, and I'll do the NodeJS-Pool and XNP integrations. If it looks like y'all are half-serious, I'll put up an address funds can be sent to.

If a single individual wishes to pay the entire bounty, they're welcome to, and will have the option of public, or private release of the ETN compatible pool source.

I think this should be a community project so we all need to fund a little. Post the adress.

This can be used to track any payments made to the address w/ the PaymentID, assuming there's a decent block explorer. If not, I might put one up for good measure. :)

I update, I run the pool, but I'm still testing. First of all I need some hash power to get 1 block. So if someone wants to support this coin, I will share all the information and try to find solutions to the problems that I can find. Of course, please report all the errors. If anyone wants to test for the 1st block, I invite you to https://supportetn.eu It does not guarantee the correctness of the operation, but I will try to check the details so that everyone can implement this code. I'm not specialist

@ArqTras : Great work. I'll point my miners to your pool to test. Because you can't merge with Snipa22's nodejs-pool. Can you open Issues tab with your fork ? So I can feedback at your repository. Thank you Snipa22 and all developers for wonderful projects.

Everything seems to work like should be except fee payment. https://supportetn.eu and source on my github. @Snipa22 mayby you make last corrections and merge it as your solution for this coin?
