增加ocr功能 #2936

功能描述

我想复制网站上的文字，但有些网站不允许直接拷贝文本，不得不重新打字，如果snipaste能够支持OCR，我就可以点一下截图界面的ocr按钮，把文本复制到粘贴板中，方便拷贝到文档。当然也要看支持的语言，希望包含中文。

你这个需求，油猴脚本就可以实现。 网页复制限制解除
