update colors #14

Please update colors so that all good is consistent across all metrics (row annotation, column annotation, and matrix body). Ex: light hue is good for all metrics, dark hue is bad for all metrics.

Changed this for row and column annotations. Will update matrix itself once Ali changes the code matrix.
