code cleanup & minor improvements

• did some small code cleanup
• implemented Lombok for better code style
• added the ability to press left_control to sprint (makes you move faster)
• increased window size to standard size
• fixed some IntelliJ warnings
• added manifest to pom.xml
• slightly increased chunk rendering radius

Window size should be smaller so that user can always increase the size if they need to (depending on their screen size).
