Gallery/Zip-Animation bad downloading

I've come across a number of Galleries that Graber won't recognize as a 
Gallery, so tries to re-download each image in the gallery as the same 
filename, resulting in massive amounts of downloads of the same gallery without 
actually accomplishing anything (I had one that just kept re-downloading the 
same gallery of 5 images... for well over that number!)
It also makes the downloads take far longer, since the program will get stuck 
on the same item over and over.
I do wonder if at least some may have to do with my blacklist... I've got the 
R-18G tag blacklisted, and most of the galleries I had this problem with 
recently turned out to have that tag/rating. (So I don't mind not getting them)
I forgot to list them for examples, sorry.

Also, having some trouble with a few of zip-animtions failing to download, but 
those aren't nearly as troublesome, since I can just follow the link from 
Graber and download it in Firefox. Example:

Downloads from pixiv become more and more complicated, it becomes harder to 
track every possible issue with downloading. I'll check it.
