2 years ago I'm not too sure personally this would work, but have you tried blocking it with Interception and/or mapping to nothing or an input you aren't using?

Sometimes I want to disable my mouse input (while still plugged in) while playing a game that has DirectInput. Can UCR intercept and block all mouse input? If so, how? Thank you for your software!
