WARNING: Interception can break mice and keyboards #284

Just wanted to raise awareness of this critical issue with Interception which unfortunately is the recommended plug-in to emulate mouse and keyboard events in UCR.

We ought to implement alternative providers for mouse and keyboard input really.

@evilC Could you edit the wiki Interception page and add a prominent warning there cause this can be a major critical issue for some users, myself included.
