Config option to enable/disable SSL certificate verification #9

Hi there. I've added a config option to enable/disable SSL certificate verification. This is needed if one hosts the gitlab instance on HTTPS, but with a self-signed certificate.

Hope you'll include it, since this way is way easier than patching each of my instances of GitlabIntegrate between different computers and OSes.

Need to go mention the option in a couple more spots documentation-wise, but that's just because I haven't gotten around to not needing to have all those settings repeated 3 times, so I'll go ahead and add those now.

You're welcome. The most time was for figuring out how to submit a patch with github and remembering my old credentials :) Keep up the good work!
