Higher frame rate player animation. #54

Feel free to either work from existing animations or start from scratch depending on what's easier.

Animation is currently being displayed at a frame rate of 8 (ew). Target is >24.

I don't think we need a high number of keyframes. I don't know much about animation, but most walk cycles have very few keyframes, and I'm not sure if there's other magic that goes into making them look nice. Example: https://imgur.com/a/vKKNh
