CPU Spike / FPS Stutters When Clicking #1089

Finally tracked down some FPS issues I was having w/ POE, did an isolation test an determined something is definitely up w/ Awakened.

With Awakened activated: image

I have a pretty solid machine, should not be running into any intermittent stuttering.

Specs:

Did a quick CPU profile and my CPU is spiking anywhere from 1.5% - 5% (total CPU), but only when clicking in-game.
