[feature request] get numlock caplock scrolllock state #19

for eg. currently we can not tell the difference between press numPad8 with numlock: false and press arrowUp

I've added function keys for Numpad, but if you want to know state of numlock, capslock, scrolllock ask for it in upstream repository.
