Unable to create or edit definition if field `Name` contains a hashtag (#) #31

Describe the bug Hashtag (#) in field name causes error when attempting to edit definition.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to a dataset containing fields with hashtags in the Name.
  2. Click on the field name to edit

Expected behavior

Creating or editing a definition for a field containing a hashtag should not cause an error.
