Add a refresh button to refresh the catalog stored in excel #34

On manual table creation the only way to update the catalog in excel is to close excel and restart from scratch. A refresh button on the Excecute SQL window will be handy.

There is a refresh button under when you click on the Config button in the ribbon. That flushes all lists. Let me know if that works.

@cailleba Actually it's called Drop Cache image Let me know if we can close this issue.
