It certainly sounds like your configs are corrupted. Can you start with a fresh sheet and uninstall the plugin completely and then add it back. You can also look at the hidden SnowflakeConfig sheet by right clicking on the bottom tab where the sheet name is and unhide the sheet called SnowflakeConfig, unless that is what you are referring to already. It should look something like this, unless it was overwritten for some reason.
This issue occurred because the Addin was opened directly. Instead, open a worksheet and then add the Addin to it.
