updated to use more variables #8

Updated DAGs to use variables, updated .env-example to set those variables, got rid of an extra =SNOWFLAKE_ACCOUNT in the .env-example

I was getting errors in the DAG logs like: "socket.gaierror: [Errno -2] Name or service not known"

because the warehouse wasn't being set, and because the account wasn't being set due to the extra =SNOWFLAKE_ACCOUNT int he URL example.
