Update 'backend' to 'connector' in the README #63

I've had this discussion with Gilberto and Francisco. I know Snowflake wants to call it a connector for consistency with other products, but the terminology in the Django ecosystem is backend, and I've used the same word elsewhere in the readme. I suppose we can do as you like. It may just be a bit confusing for Django users.
