Changes

Added example SnowSQL commands for app creation and files upload to stage
Fixed CREATE STREAMLIT command in README
Moved AVAILABLE_SEMANTIC_MODELS_PATHS constant to the main file
Now ENABLE_SMART_CHART_SUGGESTION is applied - it was ignored
Small code refactor for code related to chart suggestion generating
Got rid of all use_container_width=True used in st.data_frame to prevent "Error: Minified React error #185;" bug
