Update Overview page in the Quickstart for SPCS #1548

Describe the bug Please update the first page (Overview) of the SPCS Quickstart where it says: ".. as well as creating the OAuth Security Integration" as this is no longer required. https://quickstarts.snowflake.com/guide/intro_to_snowpark_container_services/index.html#0

Expected behavior Remove this from the "Overview" page: ".. as well as creating the OAuth Security Integration". Screenshots If applicable, add screenshots to help explain your problem.

Additional context As per these JIRAs, creating a security integration is not necessary for SPCS setup: SNOW-1478469 and SNOW-1527720
