[Feature]: missing resources in terraform provider

Currently, terraform provider doesn't include these resources:

• network policy (new with rules, it has the legacy config)
• network rules
• replication group

Hey @jana-simashkevich 👋 Network rules will be added with the next release (here's the pr). Network policy is on our list of essential objects and will be refactored this quarter. Replication groups are on remaining objects list and will be implemented next quarter. For more information on our plans, please read our roadmap.
