add H_T bias to gridpacks

Adding the bias module to a gridpack works the same as running MG5 without it. Main points are:

• You need to specify all settings for the bias module during gridpack generation.
• The bias module is copied into the gridpack and can be shipped to worker nodes without the need for full MG5.

I have validated this with a simple pp > jj sample. I used a simple sample for faster turn around time while I was debugging the setup. I am moving onto the 100TeV_B sample from this repository now.
