Issue description

My horse has been teleporting to me with the leash when Im far from home and its getting annoying when im in combat or any dangerous situation

It also almost died suffocating in a tunnel once

I have installed 5.2.2 and tamed a different horse, same results

I can't reproduce it. Did you test with only the relevant mods?

I did, even though they're mostly client side. I had also tried to see if it would teleport in a flat world in creative before that which frankly none of them teleported to me

Are horses even meant to be teleported in general?
