Ocelots spawn uncontrollably in the jungle due to configs #50

As title states, caused massive lag in server bc config related to "hostile mobs spawn only y=60 or under" caused this issue. Had to turn off to fix

This is a vanilla bug and they haven't fixed this problem until now.
