Issue description

Not sure if this is possible to implement but I would love to be able to use something similar in my modpack as certain custom items could definitely use the effect

Not as intense but it has the text splitting apart as if it was sliced into multiple layers

This is closest to the idea I'm suggesting, but maybe the text can split a little more horizontally (if possible)

With my limited knowledge, I think they need to use shaders. I am not familiar with rendering stuff so it would be nice if someone could help me with that
