php version #2

PHP version may need to be upgraded. Currently at 5.4.30; doesn't support imagescale() ( only php 5.5+ ) , or imagecrop() , which is what I am trying to use currently. Heck, rescaling with html is fine, too!

OK will update the Apache PHP module next time I do server maintenance.
