ECTX ( and other 'no-fail' test results ) get displayed below bottom of graph #161

Look at the pit Gate C17 DXB: the ECTX is below the bottom of the graph. I think you may know this issue already, but couldn't find it listed.

This is a bug that happens within the _set_stability_test_pixel_depths function when there are two or more stability tests scrunched at the bottom of the graph- generally from multiple 'no-fail' type tests.

This is an issue to be repaired, but a small bug. There is no test for a 'collision group' of stability tests bumping up against the bottom of the snowpit, which is the root problem here.
