CSV export from avscience-query #465

For now the csv-file best for us. But we vill look into using xml and the caalm format.

How do I export data as a csv-file?

I think thebest would be to use a standardized large export of the LOC +1 to top with collections of PST, ECT, etc.

Also export options in caaml format.
