Update corona partials

What does this do?

• Updates the corona partials with some lessons learned in latest project
• Removes Modernizr stuffs
• Adds in newlines... BECAUSE THEY SHOULD BE.
• Starts some work with the _system.scss partial to be able to remove core css.

I also just added a readme file, and removed the loader.js in favor of just keeping it all within Modernizr.
