Added missing theme setting: toggle_breadcrumbs #32

Dunno whether that was intended or not, but it makes a bit difficult to debug why the breadcrumb is not showing, since it is not present in .info file with other settings.

We recommend not using breadcrumbs in the theme, but rather using blockify. This was removed intentionally because of that.
