Add isomorphic support #16

Added the ability to pass in UserAgent on the server to enable rendering of isomorphic apps.
Updated webpack config to output both bundles in UMD
added npm scripts to quickly build and or build/watch while developing

Sorry i didn't update the Chinese docs. I figured it would be better to have you translate it instead of using google translate (sometimes google spits out some strange translations).

@davidstevens37 Thanks a lot for this PR! I take a look and think it is all right. If I have time tomorrow I will merge and check this PR. I will update the Chinese docs after merging. Thanks again!
