Q&A: Add Vocabularies section

What is the problem?

Metadata vocabularies aren't documented in the SoFAIR docs

Who can answer this issue?

We need CORE for that for DublinCore terms and to understand better what will be extracted/captured in the CORE components.

We need SWH (@hjonin or @moranegg) to give more information on vocabularies in SWH, including the indexers docs links.

What elements do we need to ask?

What is the metadata properties and in which vocabulary are these metadata terms available? What is implemented already in existing infrastructures and how can it be useful for the SoFAIR workflow? Will CORE be using the CodeMeta vocabulary or another software vocabulary in addition to the generic vocabulary DC.
