Notification Position #41

This PR adds a setting for "Notification Position" which determines where the notification is displayed on the screen.

Options are:

• Left Edge, Top • Left Edge, Bottom • Right Edge, Top • Right Edge, Bottom

Also fixed the issue where the notification was displaying behind other windows.

Hello -- I am still having this issue with the notification is popping up BEHIND on the bottom left corner of the window on Brave browser on MacOS. Not even sure how to update the app
