Integrate the SN background generator from qpixg4

Note that at the moment the SOLAr-sim build includes the radioactive decay generator bxdecay0 (which is also used in the new DUNE radiological model), but this was never fully tested in this project.

Development workflow proposal

create a common interface to all generators (particle gun, bxdecay0, MARLEY)
develop the new generator and corresponding messenger class
