[ ] Implement an approximate model of the pixel response (RMS ~900 e, threshold ~ 1.5ke)
[x] Develop a quick and simple clustering technique (@mantheys is it something you are interested in?)
[ ] Construct the SOLAr spectrum (using only the charge information)

Sure! I am on vacation this week, but once I'm back I'll start working on that!

Partially addressed in hit_converter utility. Move development there.
