[x] implement a simulation of the external backgrounds from outside the cryostat until entering LAr.
[x] compute expected fluxes of neutrons and γ-rays taking into account the importance sampling biasing
[x] simulate the external backgrounds inside the TPC
[ ] produce input histograms from Guilherme computation
