Add generator for U and Th chain gamma background #38

Include a generator for simulating U and Th chain gamma backgroud from cryostat and detector components.
The generator of choice is (at the moment) RadSrc, developed by Lawrence Livermore National Lab https://nuclear.llnl.gov/simulation/main.html
