Geometry Refactoring

Define the geometry baseline of the DUNE MoO based on the FD-VD design.

• [x] electric field direction information
• [x] Steel cryostat support structure (important for neutron capture) - MISSING corners..
• [x] Bern new tile prototype
• [x] Test usage of #include in json configuration file
• [x] Far detector geometry
• [ ] Set materials in geometry configuration
