unarmed units like zombies should be able to pick up swords like in vanilla, but how did a skeleton pick one up? isn't it already holding a bow?

On the Minecraft wiki, it is written that if a skeleton wielding a bow or sword encounters a better quality or stronger enchanted weapon of the same kind, they will replace the weapon in their hand
