Merge tuned top grasp with multiple hands on WAM #18

The changes are the result of the multiple hand top grasp experiment. All tested hands are added to the configuration file. Relative hand-object position bugfix (hand_transforms and pre-grasp transform changed). bugfix in HA.xml generation.
