Remove submodule and add files directly to the repository #19

The HA_tools_py repo originally was on gitLab at TUB and partners were not able to modify and push changes to this internal TUB repository. As this is highly integrated in the ec_grasp+planner, we moved the files here.

This was not tested, but in practice it changes only the repository architecture and not the code itself.

this should not be solved like this because we loose all history on the original repository, so we moved from GitLab the original repo to this SOMA organization and changed the submodule linking
