When a reserved meeting changes to the waiting for reply no notification was sent to the mentor or the meeting requester.

This happened today 2014-04-23.

Meeting was scheduled from 1pm - 2pm.

Debe estar fixed pero las notificaciones que no salieron, no saldrán :( por lo menos son pocas. Voy a dejar el issue abierto hasta que confirme que está funcionando bien producción.
