Time Zone should show GTM time #54

Currently shows america and a location that makes it hard to figure exactly which one to pick if you don't know the time zone of the countries listed. image

I would put the name of the region first and sort by that. The (GMT XXX) should go after. Most people will just look for the name of their region and this is just some extra information that might help someone that can't find their specific region.

GMT after makes sense.
