Add Looking At info #47

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Add Looking at Info to status Elements, mirroring the information one would see in the F3 screen

Somewhere in the Elements Display section(upper left on mine). It may also show some important data about the targeted block, like age of farm crops.

I am going to make it a separate setting for the hud, like real-time for example, experimenting with the settings, displaying blocks and more etc, but plan on adding this in 4.7.2
