Fix LZMA handling #233

Additionally address ProgressBar issues and UI Flickering, allow ServerInfo panel to display while downloading. Fix modernAuthSupport functionality (as in, make it actually work for real). Fix 1st Run/Launcher Folder "Game Files" creation not working.
