Hair colors don't work in Private Quarters #25

Reproted by Deallocate on gbatemp. Version: 0.5.0

Steps:

Edit a character's hair color
Load the save in game
Visit private quarters and invite that unit
Notice hair color is whatever it was to begin with

This probably also applies to confession scenes. It might actually be something in the "Global" save file.

If it is, that would be odd, since in one file Live 2D Rahjat has black hair, and the other they have pink hair.

After some discussion in the gbatemp thread, it seems the fix for this would lie in editing what I've nicknamed the "Chaos Block", which is a big block of... stuff in the My Castle region.

Probably not doing this for a while!

Workaround: Change the parent's hair color
