Made stats max out for each character, added all units have dragon vein, added ultra cheats, increased boot amount. If you use this, make a backup of your source so it isn’t ruined.

This pull request is a huge mess, so I'm not going to merge it in as it is.

That said, I'll manually add in the stat fix and dragon vein cheat.

While I like the idea of having a thing called an "ultra cheat" (I have to admit, a button with just the word "CHEAT" in giant letters would rule), the existing megacheats are one-click enough and saving like 3-4 clicks isn't work the space another button on the GUI would take.

I'm also going to leave the max Boots at 2 because that is when the game itself doesn't allow you to give more Boots to a character (even though it is possible to hex edit more in and the game will recognize them). Anyone who wants to cheat harder than that at movement (+2 to everyone is already stupid as it is) can do it the hard way or make their own FEFTwiddler fork.
